Cancellations: We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt; therefore cancellation of any order place must be received within 24 hours of original order time. Cancellations received after this are subject to our return policy.
Returns: We want you to be happy with your purchase If for any reason you’re not satisfied return the merchandise in its original condition/packaging within 7 days for a refund less shipping and handling costs.
Faulty Merchandise: We will inspect all items before they are shipped and take extra care to ensure they are properly packaged. If an item is defective please return it within 7 days to exchange it for a new one. Marketplace Gifts will reimburse your shipping cost on faulty merchandise. If anything is damaged in shipment please contact Marketplace Gifts and UPS right away.
Out of stock items: We are well stocked and work hard to ship you order complete right away. On the occasion an item is unable to ship, we will notify you by phone or email for your instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping: All orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise requested. Please allow 3-10 days for your order to arrive.
Minimum shipping and handling charge of $5.00 is applied to all orders.
